Refund Conditions for Cancellations

A cancellation request must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.

If the cancellation request is approved, the full paid amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellations cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Attempts to cancel due to personal scheduling issues or change of preference after accessing the course.
